Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

What can be returned

Items, including books, can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care and beauty products cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Gift cards and digital products (such as downloads and online courses) cannot be returned once they have been accessed.

How to start a return

Email us at info@tolerantplanet.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or was the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 30 days, ideally with a photo, if anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
